Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in resalable condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
